If you have a specific therapist in mind, you may leave a message for her in her confidential mailbox and she will return your call. If you are uncertain who to contact, you may leave a message in our main mailbox by pressing “4”. For all messages, please provide your name, phone number(s) and some of the best times to reach you. Your call should be returned on the same day if it is received before 5 p.m.

During the return call, the therapist will ask some brief questions to attain an understanding of the nature of your concern(s). In addition, you will be asked two important pieces of information: when you are available for appointments and how you wish to pay for the therapy. All of this information will be used to help determine which therapists can best meet your needs.

When you arrange your first appointment, you will be asked to arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete some basic information. There is no receptionist, so please make yourself comfortable in our waiting room and your therapist will come out to meet you at your appointment time.
